June 10 to 14, 2017, the SUNY Cortland delegation paid a visit to QFNU for 5 days of friendly exchanges. The delegation of 11 teachers and students came for further understanding of the history, traditional culture and local customs of China and for friendly interaction with the Chinese students.
During their stay, QFNU organized a series of colorful cultural activities for exchanges with the delegates. A symposium was held on Confucius' life and his thoughts. The delegates visited the campus and the Department of Calligraphy, tried Chinese clothes and brush writing, and experienced the culture and life on the campus.
QFNU established friendly and cooperative relations with SUNY Cortland in 2014, and has sent five students to study there since 2016. The active and enterprising spirit and excellent achievements of the exchange students were highly praised by the local teachers and students.
